Hi,

To check the legal entity setup, go to: Organization administration > Setup > Organization > Legal entities.

Can you check the data area field in any saved per legal entity table (Not shared), how it saved in the database?

Hi LB,

This appears to be linked to the legacy navigation bar, I noticed environments with the Legal Entity name missing also have the old style search icon in the top right.

Update to 10.0.40

Navigate to System Admin -> Setup -> Client Performance Options

Turn off the option "Enable legacy navigation bar"

Should now be visible, but note the search bar will also move to the center:

Hi LB Developer,

In case your question is about having a name next to the company ID, then this is part of an update in version 10.0.40. Until F&O version 10.0.39, you will only see the company ID.

Hi Anthony,

I also have the same issue, the name doesn't appear in full and i am in Version 40.

I tried to disable legacy navigation bar, but doesn't seems to work.

Hi LB,
As Anthony mentioned, to activate the CompanyId and Company name on the D365FO front ribbon, you need to deactivate "Enable legacy navigation bar" > click "OK," and then refresh the browser.
I have already tested this in version 10.0.40 (10.0.1935.87), and it works fine.
