Hello ARUNACHALAM,
As Raheel Khan more information is needed to help you troubleshoot this. In addition, would you also let us know if the client is installed locally on the device or if you are using RDP/RDS published app?
Thank you,
Dear All,
Sorry for the inconvenience. The same day only replied back to Mr. Raheel Khan.
To answer his query: We are trying to connect the AX rich client through our Laptop / Desktop's via VPN connection and failed to connect.
Also we have checked our network latency and other firewall settings are found okay.
Good, are you accessing AX with RD? have you allowed your user to access remotely to the AX client?
What do you mean by "failed to connect"?
What kind of error do you get?
Is the VPN connection open?
Are you sure that all AX ports are opened in firewall? By default the ports would be 2712, 8101 and 8201. But in your environment they might be something different.
By the way AX performance might not be great with your setup. That's because of the latency between the client and AOS. It's usually better to install the client in the company network and share it to users with RemoteApp, Citrix or similar.
