Have anyone experienced that at non-recurring customer journey has sent emails more than once to a contact?

Hi,

Do you have multiple contacts using the same email address?
According to our team's testing, if there are two or more contacts using the same email address, when a Marketing Email is sent using the Customer Journey, the email address will receive multiple emails.

Additionally, if you are sure that your contacts are using different email addresses, there may be an issue with the product itself and you can use the link below to seek support from Microsoft.
