Pricing Attach licenses for an organization that has Dynamics for Sales and Dynamics for Customer Service

Hi all,

Hopefully you have an answer for my questions. I am struggling to find information about the following:

In the license manual is stated that attach licenses are sold for a different price only I cannot find anywhere what this price is.

I would like to know what the prices are for an organization which already uses Dynamics for Sales and Dynamics for Customer Service what will be the prices if they want to expand the number of users per month?

Or does anyone maybe know a good source for me?

Hi Stephanie,

All licencing information are available here:

The above is the UK pricing page, but you will find a similar one for your region.

As you can see from the link the pricing for D365 Sales and D365 Customer Service would be £71.60 per user per month for the first Dynamics 365 App (let's say Sales) and then £15.10 per user per month for subsequent qualifying Dynamics 365 app.

The £15.10 in the example above is the cost of the "attach licence" in this case. This is of course just an example based on today's pricing in the UK region so subject to change and may vary in your region.

According to your description, since your organization has had sales and customer service license, if your user member is larger than 20, each attach user will cost only $20 per mounth.
