What exactly do you mean by "try web service in visual studio"? Calling the web service? Which operation?

It's important to know which operation you're calling. According to your screenshot, it's 'find'.
Now please check the exception log.
Also, your query criteria looks invalid to me. For example, you haven't specified any field there.
I checked exception log, i see "Access denied to method find in class LmkGetInventSiteQuery2Service." in detail. But i added find metod for LmkGetInventSiteQuery2Service, is there any other way?
Are you sure that the privilege is assigned to the right duty, the duty to the right role and the role to the right user?
