Can't see any field from Purchase orders form in DAX 2012, any help?

Hello, I just recently finished a DAX 2012 installation, however I've noticed something weird, I can't see any field in the grid from Purchase orders form, it's blank, however, when I click on any "Empty" row, I can see the order lines changing below, so there's data, I checked the table and it's full, this is what I see:

If I right click on the grid, and go to "Personalization", the grid is empty:

But if I manually add them from here, I can see them, but they are not the original ones...I checked the form in the AOT, and the fields are there:

Have you seen this before? thanks in advanced for the help!

Go to Tools -> Options -> Usage data.

The Usage data form will open. Click "Reset" there. Does that help?

(Note: That will clear ALL usage data for you. If you have some settings you want to preserve, either save those settings first or find the exact usage data related to Purchase order form to delete)
