As best practice- you should not edit the record of Posted journal entries. This would misleading the data backtracking and always depends on your business scenario and agreement.

My task is I have create one journal and then I goto the Line. Now I have posted that journal. As per the standard rule once journal is posted after that we cannot have option to allow edit to any particular record because everything is disable.
So this any possibilty , I want to give allow edit option for particular field after posting the journal.

After a transaction is posted, it cannot be edited or modified.
This would be against any accounting / audit rules and result in problems with a lot of stakeholders.
What you can do is creating a correction posting to get the wrong entrance corrected.
