Hi,
Is it possible to change the activities in the Social Pane? A lot of our opportunities are generated through Whatsapp. Im just wondering how could I record this in the social pane.

Unfortunately, WhatsApp could not be integrated with Dynamics 365. I saw that whasapp provided some api interfaces so that you could develop a data interface between WhatsApp and D365 to import your opportunities data from WhatsApp to D365.
If you mean you want to add WhatsApp to social pane, it is also not supported in D365. Opening the form editor and double click on "Social pane" you could see the properties of it.
And we could see the apps shown on the social pane are by designed.
