Attempting to use the "Move Bookings Option" on the New Schedule Board and there seems to be limit now?

We are attempting to use the "move bookings option" on the schedule board but the system only moves a few and then does not recognize the remaining work orders. This only happens on the new schedule board. The work orders move as expected on the old schedule board.

We now get this error when using the same function on the new board that we did on the old board

when trying to use this feature on the New Schedule Board using these steps

You then select the type of statuses you would like to move with the corresponding dates and then hit the OK button.

The old board would just move ALL bookings in that status on that day. Now it seems like there is some limit with the new board?

    Hi Cindy @TDIndustries,

Based on your first picture and your description I think the problem is the booking status.

Please check whether there is a custom booking status.(The old schedule board in your third picture is different from mine)

Or you can switch back to your old schedule board and try again:

Resources -> Administration -> Scheduling Parameter -> select Resource Scheduling and switch the “Enable new Schedule Board”

Then the “New Schedule Borad” switch will appear in the upper right corner.

HI Thank you. There is no "Custom Booking Statuses". When they are following these steps they would be trying to move all bookings with a status of "Soft Scheduled" from one day to another.

Example - Lets say they have 15 bookings in Soft Scheduled status on 11/5/22 that they want to move to 11/12/22. Instead of going into each booking individually and rescheduling them they click on the ellipse , select Move Bookings

    and this window pops up

    pastedimage1668089597843v1.png,

they fill out the parameters and click ok. The system used to move all 15 but now on the new schedule board, it only moves a portion of them. When they try to use this same process to move the bookings that didn't mvoe the first time the system doesn't recognize that there are still bookings on that day in Soft Scheduled status and they get this error.

Is there a limit to the amount of bookings that the system will move? Is it a refresh thing? They know they can switch back to the old board and accomplish the task but that old board will be going away eventually so we have encouraged our dispatch to primarily use the new board.
