Hi Experts,
I have a requirement that to run a dialog to reopen the case and capture the reopen reason and reopen comments to reopen the case.
All the functionality is working fine but coming to reopen comments, there is a default comments section in a dialog which i am unable to capture.
Please refer the attachments for better understanding.
Please help me out to achieve this functionality.

Unfortunately you can only capture the response text. There is no way to capture the comments section as this gets stored in the process session of dialog under Comments sections.
Also, please note that Dialogs are deprecated and will be removed in future release. So its is worth to find some other alternative to achieve your requirements.
