Cannot Choose Criteria for Monthly CIS Statement

Hiya,

I have a strange issue where one user clicks on the Monthly CIS Statement and it immediately runs the report with no parameters, which is no good.  If I run it as another user with identical roles and user options, it correctly brings up the pane to configure the report with a date range and the option to choose a supplier (vendor).

The other reports in Purchase Ledger -> Inquiries and reports -> Supplier reports work fine, it's just this one that does it.

I've tried it on another browser and another machine altogether with the same result.  There must be some setting or preference associated with the report on that one user account, but I can't find it anywhere.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to resolve this!

Thanks!

    Hi Dave,

Can you check if you can delete the usage history for this report? This can be found on the User options form. You can delete individual records, but also reset all usage data.

    Hiya,

Thanks for the response, I can't see anything pertaining to the Monthly CIS Statement in the usage data, but I could try resetting the usage data anyway.  What's the consequence of doing that?  Will the user lose anything like custom views, etc?

    ~ Dave

    Hi Dave,

Personalizations will be lost then. Saved views are not lost as they are stored separately.

Resetting the usage data worked a treat, thank you very much!
