Hi,
Can someone let me know the working of Incoming Documents along with OCR integration in NAV 2016 ?
Do we need any external services for the same?
Basically I need to Import client purchase order (PDF format) in NAV 2016 using Incoming Documents functionality, so that Sales Order can be created automatically.
Pl. suggest.

Hi Vishal, you can click "Set URLs to Default" in the OCR Setup page :-) That will assign you the readsoftonline (Lexmark) URLs.

Actually, I was trying to use the OCR functionality available in Incoming Documents windows, so that I can create the related documents automatically, from external PDF files like supplier P.O., directly using OCR services.
Can we get some cloud-base service URL for OCR which can be used in NAV 2016?
May be I can start with free trial as mentioned by you like 75 documents / month.

Incoming Documents and OCR are different things... by default, you can use a free cloud-based service for OCR in NAV2016, but is limited to 75 documents/month.
