I have some non english html text saved in blob data type field. I am reading it in report using Instream and StreamReader. When it prints text in report ,It misinterpret non English characters. Eg Delémont printed as DelŽ®mont früher printed as frŽ‰her

When you are using StreamReader try to use a different encoding. Refer below for different encodings you can specify for the stream reader.
