When you request time off in Teams there is a reason code field, but it is not active even when there are reason codes set up in the system.

I thought it might work when it came out of preview, but it's still inactive.

How can I use this field?

    Hi Simon,

Using the Time off request in Teams, will allow you to select a reason code:

The conditions that need to be met in order to be able to select it are:

    - The leave type should have Reason code required checked

    - Reason code should be enabled
