deleting a counting journal

Hi

a user has a counting journal, just one line and it is not needed .. but even with System Admin rights I can not delete it. I get the error "There are transactions with status reserved for the dimensions of item"

I have checked there is or was stock for that item on reserve but not sure now how to progress removing this journal

Hi, There was similar issue and manually cancelling the reservation works, not sure if its valid for this case but check this thread
