Hello,
I am new to field service module. Need help for below scenarios:
1. In case, no resource is available for assignment, then assign Work order to service supervisor designated for line of service.
2. When multiple resources are available, then assign Work Order to the available resource with least assigned work / least utilization on that day.
Can someone Kindly suggest the possible solution using RSO (Resource scheduling optimization). If not, then what could be the alternate approach?
