Drill Through/ Drill Down links not working

Good day.... I have a client with an On Premise D365FFO whose drill down functionality on SSRS Report not working but the Links were previously working after i enabled Enable drill through links on Report PDF viewer control. and Report Drill through links in feature management. When the user moves the mouse pointer on the drill through links a yellowish shade is displayed and the links can't drill through.

Hi,

There has been some issue with drill through link in 10.0.12 version.

You need to have quality update to fix this issue

Hi ALEXIO PFUMAI,

Can you check with enabling "Report Drill through links" and disabling "Report PDF viewer"?

When you say links were previously working, you mean only hyperlink or you were able to click on link as well?

Is "Drill through" functionality working and only "Drill down" is not working? Can you confirm this please.

Hi ALEXIO PFUMAI,

By default, embedded drill-thru navigation links are only available while previewing PDF documents.

As mentioned, That is from 10.0.12 (10.0.507.30005) quality update and from the next service update.

If you still cannot do it, you can try to navigate to feature management and go to all section in that, then disable Report drill through links and disable Report PDF viewer.

Hi Juniad

How do I disable the REPORT PDF VIEWER feature it was enabled by another user and now drill down functionality is no longer functional on SSRS reports. When I try to disable this feature the an error pops up:

"This feature cannot be turned off once it has been enabled

Hi Alexio,

It's strange. Did you checked on your Test environment or PRD?

Can you please share your Product and Platform version you are operating?

Did you checked on LCS, there were some issues reported and have been fixed:

Please go to the Report options page by adding "&mi=SysReportAdministration" to the URL in your browser window and disable the preview experience.
