Attempting to access illegal array index

 Hi all

I had one of my users having the issue while saving the PO as PDF saying "Attempting to access illegal index" and i have cleared all the usage data and that didn't work out.

I have seen a post earlier saying the issue is with the user's font. Can anyone suggest me a possible resort for this issue?
