Hi,
I am trying to select a PowerBI report to a sandbox environment in Business Central. I run the "Set up Power BI Reports in Business Central" and click next > "Check your Power BI License" Click next and I get a "We could not check your license for PowerBI license for your user account." I have a PowerBI Pro license (paid) assigned to my user. I also tried in production with same results. BC app version is 18.2.26217.26331. Thanks!
Are you using BC Saas or On Prem?
In BC are you authenticating with the same accounts that you use in the Power BI service?
I ran the action for the user, Users>Actions>Refresh User Groups>>Yes. I go back to Get Started with Power BI>Next>Next and get the same dialog "We could not check your license for Power BI..."
Hello - Can you go to the Users list, select the user, and select Actions > Refresh User Groups? This should resync your licenses.
