Hello All,
I am in the process of creating collection letters, and doing a test run and emailing an invoice to myself, the PDF attachment shows up as this (highlighted in yellow).
Where can I change this, so when emailing invoices, the PDF attachment will say "Invoices for Account 123"

AFAIK, the document that gets attached will keep the same name of the file you uploaded to GP to attach to the invoice... GP can't change the file name on the fly for your, as it doesn't have a built-in logic to do so.
You have to name the files you attach accordingly before uploading them to GP...

PS: There is likely some other ISV products out there that can handle document attachments, differently from what GP does. But that would require to install some add-ons (think of KwikTag for example).
