I have set up a Work Order with a Resource Requirement record that has an associated "Requirement Resource Preferred" record identifying that a specific Bookable Resource that is a User is to be preferred. Based on the documentation from Microsoft (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/resource-preferences), when you search for availability on the schedule board, this resource should show at the top with a heart next to it, then any other resources that fit the requirements with availability should also show in the list. At this time, if I use this preference, I ONLY get that preferred resource, but if I remove the preference, I get a list of about 10 resources that are available.
Is there a setting that I'm missing? Note that I am not using RSO, this is just a Work Order within Field Service with a Resource Requirement against it, and the Requirement Resource Preferred.
