I am not getting result with out passing parameters and i think the parameters are not optional. i am trying to check is there a way to create our own operations in page. I have some issue from my side to pass parameters to get the data. any way i resolved that issue with ReadMultiple with some filters.

Do you want to say Read means execution of single record and Readmultiple means more then one??
You can add Actions on your Page for such things but what exactly you want to achieve??
what do you mean by all records ? it should return all records unless you add any filters. What is your issue ? You can add custom functions using extension codeunits
