    Hi,

You can use Vendor invoice Journal Header and Lines Data entity. "Project" in ACCOUNTTYPE field, the category associated with the project would default.

    Hi,
Check for standard data entities related to invoices, such as "VendInvoiceJourVendInvoiceTrans" or other entities related to project transactions. View the available fields and their mappings.
If the standard data entities do not contain the required fields, you may need to customize or extend them. Create data items, add required fields, and map them accordingly.

    Hi Karthik,
You can utilize the standard entity "Vendor invoice journal line" specifically for exporting data from the vendor invoice journal. However, this entity lacks the necessary fields and mapping for project date, category, line property, etc.
Alternatively, you might want to explore the use of the "Project expense journal header" and "Project expense journal lines" entities.
Consider evaluating the use of the Excel Add-in on the general journal form: [Instructions or steps here].
