When users start NAV2013, sometimes, it freeze in start windows. Later IT technician found if they restart printer spooler, user can start using NAV2013. Any idea why NAV2013 need printer spooler to start.

Try using a different role for the user, and of course opening the "Cronus" demo database. That really sounds like an OS problem rather than NAV related issue.
