How can I edit form controls in Dynamics 365 Field Service

Hi folks,

I'm in Field Service Mobile on Cloud and I want to edit the following form tab, because it show me too much information and I want to hide some fields.

It is in Bookings Table > Booking and Work order Form > Service Tab

But when I going to edit the Form I realize all the view is just a field (a work order lookup type field) with a control defined by the system.

Can I edit this control? and how?
