Hi All,

Looking for some help on the MS Dynamics licensing esp. for the HR module:

#1 - In general, For an organization say of the size ~10000 employees, Do I need to buy 10000 Team member licenses after buying module specific licenses ? (Assuming No)
What is the guidance on how many Team member licenses should be bought for the org ?

#2 - If I am buying say 10000 Team Member licenses anyways, Do I need to buy additional self-service licenses OR will the Team Member license cover the capabilities covered by the HR self service license ?

Hi Sir,

Team Member license will only allow us connect Customer Service Team Member, Sales Team Member and Project Resource Hub. And based on our understanding, there's no limit on Team member license purchase size. For more information, you may check https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/get-started/team-members-license .

So if you want to use HR license, you may need purchase separate license.
