Missing sales orders via API

Hi there,

When GET'ng the default salesOrder API to retrieve a list of our sales orders within BC, we notice some (i.e. around 5%) don't show up (but yet these can still be accessed via the interface as normal)

If we look at the 'Sales Order Buffer Table' within the BC Admin interface we don't see the sales orders either.

None of these sales orders that are not showing up via API or in the buffer table have anything in common, so was curious whether this is expected behavior and/or where else Sales Orders could be stored within BC SaaS?

Thanks for your time

Lachlan

    Hello Lachon,

In BC, Sales order is composed of Sales header and Sales line tables. Try creating a API URL with a filter  Document type = Order and combine both the tables with the primary key field in API URL. Use that API to for retrieving your sales orders.

    Below link for reference,

    Hope this Helps!!

    Thanks,

    Team Congruent
