Checking contact 'bulk email' field if email address matches list

Posted on by 20

I'll try to summarise.

  • I have multiple email suppression lists from legacy systems including thousands of email addresses
  • I want to check the ‘do not bulk email’ field against all contacts in DCRM whose email address is on one of those lists.
  • We may have duplicate contacts in CRM using each email address (don't ask).

Is there a way that I can search DCRM contacts and bulk check that field?

One method I've been investigating is adding the contacts into a marketing list and then bulk checking the field. However but getting the contacts into a list in there is where I’m getting stuck.

Any help would be much appreciated.
