For a demo we would like to setup the layout like the below: The below screenshot is from Microsoft's website. Does anyone know how to set this up because I can't find any option on the home layout below to set the dashboards like this?

Create a New Dashboard and select one of the 4 column dashboards.
In the second row which will only have to tiles, decrease the width of each tile, so that it is only 1/4th of the full width.
On the command bar click on the Chart button to add a new chart to your dashboard and move it (using the arrow keys) to the appropriate location on the second row where you want it. Repeat this for one more chart.
Now you should have 2 rows with 4 tiles in each.
