A field to show number of days a lead has been active

Posted on by 87

Hi everyone,

I found there is a timer field on the Lead to Opportunity Sales Process to show how many days a lead has stayed active.  Is there an out-of-box field?

Basically, I want to calculate and analyze two things

1)  how many days a lead has stayed active

2) once a lead is set to Closed (either qualified or disqualified),  the field just shows me the total number of days from the day the lead is created till the day it is closed.

Thanks.

    Hi Logan W,

You can fulfil your requirement with the help of two approaches

    1. Approach # 1: As per my understanding, you need two calculated columns here
      1. End Date & Time (When record status equal to Qualified or Disqualified then et value to Now())
      2. Duration in Days (Something similar to End Date & Time - Created On)
    2. Approach # 2: Use timer control

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I think the time is a out-of-box field "Duration" and this field is in "Lead To Opportunity Sales Process" entity. You may cosider to use it directly.
