Error in on-premise deployment, Environment Id cannot be null

I have this strange error, Environment Id cannot be null, in the Database tables for Orchestrator Jobs the Environment Id is correct and no null values. I'm stumped where this error could be from. the Topology.xml doesn't have such an entry, just the databases. Has anyone faced this before as I do not see such a question posted here.

You can do troubleshooting in Event Viewer, go to Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Dynamics > AX-LocalAgent to view the full error message.Alternatively, you can try to clean up the existing environment and redeploy it to see if it can help.

Thanks, I have overcome this issue and was going to update. The current problem is with ssrs, this seems to be a beast of a problem. Various issues including the error 255.
