AI consumption report: userid not found in dataverse users

Hello everyone,
 
I'm using Dynamics 365 and powerapps. I 've got an email about AI credits and followed up the steps described in the learn pages to find out what's going on.
 
AI consumption report:
Userid from within this report cannot be found in dataverse table users.
 
In AI consumption report there is a second event listed, which I cannot find at all. 
 
In table AI event there is only one record (and the userid of the owner does not match the one of the consumption report).
 
How can I identify user behind the userid of the report? Where can I find information about the second finding within the report?

    The UserId corresponds to the Azure AD Object ID field of the User table in the Dataverse.
