Customizing Menu Profiles

Here is my next challenge,

When I customize the ribbon section using the "Development mode", the changes are not been reflecting on users with same profile. By the way, I have assigned my username as owner of that profile.

It's weird, when I open my RTC session it display the changes but not under other accounts with same profile.

    Alex,

    I believe when you say development mode it is configuration mode, please refer to the below link

    blog.encorebusiness.com/enable-configuration-mode-dynamics-nav-2013

    If you already followed above steps and still don't see the changes for the other users

    then delete the data from the below table for other user who having issue for that profile.

    Wow, another issue fixed.

    My error was that I never changed the profile name under the configuration mode link.
