When opening the Statistics tab from a salesquote, where the contact has not yet become a customer, I'll receive an error' which says "Salesheader: Customer Nr. " does'nt excist" (Translated from Dutch)
Though we still work with customertemplates. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

Neville, our partner has fixed the issue. They told us that it's a 'bug' in standard Nav. They wrote something and now it works! Thanks for your answer.

Sorry i think i confused the issue with the contact statistics comment,
I think the simplest would be to say it like this:
The statistics on the sales quote looks at customer statistics not contact statistics, therefore it is blank when you don't have a customer number filled in and you get an error saying no customer number
You would need to get your NAV partner to develop something for you, if you would like to see these statistics when there is no customer number filled in

Again many thanks for your response. Much appriciated! After reading your answers again I'm afraid that there is a misunderstanding. I am talking about the salesquote statistics screen, you ar talking about the contactstatistics. I realised that I have put on the wrong track, therefore I've attached another screenshot of the salesquote statistics card after clicking Ok ont he error. As you can see this card is empty, normally it is filled with data from the salesquote.....either it is quoted from a contact or a customer.

Not that i am a aware of in Standard, there is a contact statistics screen, but that shows interactions and opportunities
I think you will need to get your partner to either change the standard statistics to work with contacts as well, or write you something different to display the contact quote details
Option 2 will probably be faster from a development perspective

Thanks for your reaction! Is it not possible for Nav to show me the stastics of quote for a contact? Before I will sent the quotation I want to know how much profit we are going to make. When using the customertemplate it should be possible to view this kind of information, now these kind of figures are empty on the stastic card(listpane in the action menu) due to this error.

If you have a look on that quote in your screenshot you will see the second field is blank, that field should contain the customer number,
I suspect you are quoting a contact here and in that case there may not be a customer number but therefore the customer statistics will not be able to display
