On Hold Button For Vendors?

Hi,

I am started to to work one of microsoft partner in Turkey as a Jr. Consultant. So it could be very easy question for this forum. But thats the topic; i couldnt find difference between "all" and "never" choises in on hold function for vendors? Does anybody could explain it?

    Hi Husesen,

    All refers to the concept that all transactions for this vendor are on hold.

    whereas Never means No transaction types are on hold for this vendor

    Probably you may want to ask difference between No and Never, because both tend to appear same.

    Only difference between No and Never is that when you run Automatic Vendor inactivation function of Dynamics AX Procurement, it will ignore vendor marked with “Never”. This function can be found at following location

    Procurement and sourcing>>Periodic>>Vendors>>Vendor inactivation
