Hi
I would just like to ask, would it be possible for us to do the system upgrade ourselves? if so what would it take to do it?

Before starting the upgrade the planing is so important. May i know from which version you currently using and at which version you want to upgrade?
We are using NAV 2009 R2 now and want to upgrade to NAV 2017.
The general requirements are:
- You must have the developer licence.
- Need to identify the modifications/customization in existing Object.
- Customization in customer range.
- Any Add-in/customization in Partner range.
- Upgrade tool kit (can be found in installation folder)
Tools:
Merge Tool, Powershell
Well your Upgrade path would be:
- Nav 2009 R2 to NAV 2013
- Nav 2013 to NAV 2013 (R2)
- Nav 2013 (R2) to NAV 2017 (CU 11)*Make sure all of these NAV versions should be of same region/country.
