MPOS Activation Error on Step 2

Hello All,

I am having trouble resolving this error during the MPOS activation.

During Step 2 of 12 I get this error: Logging in anonymously failed.

DA1002 - A server side error occured that prevent user from logging on. Please check the server log for detailed information or contact your IT support. 

I have checked all the settings and configurations and I can't seem to pass this step. Anyone know what might triggered this error?

    Hi,

    Please make sure RTS, Async Server, Retail Server services are working well. Also check Async client and Async Server connection status.  

    Please check RealTime service profile is define in

    Retail - Setup - Parameters - Retail Shared Parameters  As defined in below screen shot4861.Untitled.png

    Hi,

    Also make sure that worker assigned to user of dynamics AX.  Using System administration -Users- Select user and edit -  Click on Relation - create new Relation - select person type worker  that you have created - User ID [User that you want to make relation]

    After these changes make sure to run job

    Hi,

    On top of those mentioned by Harpal, Please check the following.

    It looks like Retail server AllowAnonymousMetadata is not enabled. Just enabled ass mentioned in screen shot. Also make sure that Channel database profile is updated with Retail server information.
