Is there any possibilities to remove the configurations from the On-hand ?

Hi All,

We have one item with on-hand stock in four locations (having four on-hand lines with warehouses and sites). In that, two lines are with configuration and the other two lines are not having configurations.

In the above, we have mistakenly created the wrong configuration for those two lines with configurations. Now we want to remove the configuration from those two lines. Is there any functional possibilities or technical possibilities to remove this configuration.

Note: These on hand lines are having transactions

Please advise me.

Hello Chan05,

Do you mean that you have specified the wrong configuration or that the product should not have any configuration at all?

I don't know if any way to change the product dimension group for an item, so I don't think you can remove the configuration altogether, But if it is the wrong configuration, you could count out the stock with the existing configuration and adjust in stock with the correct configuration at same cost.
