If it's a normal (but custom report), I suggest to try to reproduce the issue with a standard report. If you still have the issue with a standard report, you should create a support request for MS. If you don't have the issue with a standard report, then something in your custom report (or Excel export within it) explains the issue.

Is this a standard AX report? Or some custom report/process? If it's standard I recommend to create a support request to Microsoft.

    Sure Nikolaos,

The customer having one report "Accured Purchase Order". It's perfectly generated and while trying to save in excel , it's saved but when trying to open throw an error , "Invalid character, coln no etc...

So, I already solved before two times. And I identified and removed the special character.

That's why I am looking for list of special character, so that I can share with customer not to put those characters....

So, that the recurring issue will not happened in report again...

pls give me more shed on this.

    thanks!

    Hi @rp@n,

let me suggest another approach: could you tell us what problems you are having with Chinese characters and we can try to help?

I think it's more likely that your problem gets solved this way.

    Thanks!
