Getting following error while creating Proforma invoice

Hi All expert ,

We are facing one issue in pro forma invoice for some customers (No all). Same user with Sys-Admin privilege also facing same issue.

Version: 10.0.35

Error message:

/Cannot select a record in GIRO report data (GiroReportTmp).
Cannot select a record for update when the transaction is not started on the user connection attached. You need to begin transaction on the user connection first./

Hi,

Have you done any customization? Can I show the customized code? There has been a similar discussion on the forums before, but it was the user who made a custom service that caused the problem. You can refer to these two old threads:
