We are producing a lot of internal docs for 15 legal entities 80% is the same, but some workstreams or procedures differ slightly. In the past I've used adobe robohelp as you can author once and publish many (web, CGHM, Word, PDF, etc) and there server allows community feedback
Wondered if any has used anything like this to extend the D365 help
Any other tools I should be aware of
