How to analyze submissions of subscription center

Hi folks,

I'm wondering how to get detailed insight into the submissions of the subscription center. I know the submissions are not stored, but surely somehow it must be possible to analyze which contacts unsubscribed or changed their consent level in reaction to which email. I'm having trouble finding this in de MS documentation. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Hi JDG,

Knowing which contacts unsubscribed is difficult, but we can see the analysis of this email in insight:

You can try this link to keep your subscription list up to date:

Thanks for your reply! We do not seem to have that information unfortunately:

Sorry, what I provided last time was the insight of the marketing email.

Here is a screenshot of my custom journey, can you find the target field in the same location?

However, if you want to determine which emails are experiencing more unsubscribes, you still need to tap on the insight of the marketing email for analysis.

Thanks! I'm getting closer to what my colleagues need to know. My next question is: what does this field count? Is there documentation for this field? I read somewhere that this only shows how many recipients clicked on the Unsubscribe button, which leads to the subscription center. That would not make the count very useful.

Yes, it actually only counts unsubscribes from marketing lists, not those that have the "Do not send emails" checkbox checked.

There are other data in Blocked emails Reason that are also helpful.

Thanks! That's what I was looking for.

Is there any way to find out which contacts changed their settings to "do not send emails" during a specific journey?
