Hi,

What is the best way to raise a new Quote that is based on an existing archived quote? There is a restore quote function however this only works if the original quote is still live and only restores different versions of that quote.

A user has accidentally manually archived and deleted a quote but now needs it back. What is the best way to save time keying it all in again? Copying lines doesn't work very well.

In later versions you have to option to copy from Archived Sales Quotes, but in 2016 that option is not available. You'll have to do a customization if you want to enable the copy option from Sales Quotes in NAV 2016.

Hi,

When it's just a simple on/off restore, you can use TRANSFERFIELDS.

The fields are the same.
