Extender Customization

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have been looking and so far have been unable to figure out how to change the order of the extender windows from the additional options menu. I am sure some one know if this is possible and how to do it. Thank you In advanced.

I believe Almas is correct on this. If you really wanted to you could rename the extender Windows Display Names to A-Window, B-Window, etc. but this is probably far more trouble than it is worth. My recommendation would be binding appropriate hot keys.

I believe the display name of the window is what is used to order them alphabetically and this will not change the technical names so you shouldn't (please test this before deploying to production) break any dependent resources.

    Regards,

    Kirk

I don't think you can change it.
