Is there such a thing as using a .NET C# plug-in from the Portal side similar to:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/data-platform/tutorial-write-plug-in
Plugins are connected to the messages (server side) so if your portal is executing a message (for example a plugin on creation of an account) plugin will be executed.
