Hello, I am trying to import one row of data into the 'Case' entity within the Dynamics CE UAT environment however I am receiving the following error:
The objective is to migrate old warranty cases from our Legacy system to the 'Case' entity within the new Dynamics CE system, our Dynamics CE system is also integrated with Dynamics F&O.
I have never come across this error before as this is the first CE system I have worked on that is integrated with Dynamics ERP.
Error Code: -2,147,220,891
Information: Unable to write to Finance and Operations apps due to following error(s): {"Write failed for entity Case association with unknown exception - Matching record with key 'CaseID': T7-01832-B8K0X for the data source 'CaseDetailBase' does not exist"}
