We have several tables selected for Insert, Delete, Update and Rename Key.  For example, I can see edits to vendors.  However, when I open the History tab for a specific log entry I can't see the actual changes made.  Is there some setting that is needed to record the Value and Previous Value entries for the change?

    Hi Jane,

Please explain what fields were changed. Some fields from the vendor form like the name and address are not on the vendor table itself, but are stored in other tables.

I understand the relationship of the DirParty tables.  If I change Terms of Payment I get the history details.  But, I'm getting a lot of Update records with no details.  If some linked table changes, like Approved Items or Pricing, do I get a log entry on the vendor too?

    Hi Jane,

Usually there should be no change log if you modify data in related tables. It would be interesting to find out what causes these "empty" update logs.

Can you track the users who created the changes and ask what actions they have done?
