Date is not Valid error when setting Work Date

In NAV 2017, when choosing 'Set Work Date' and then selecting a date from the dropdown calendar the user receives the error 'Date is not Valid'

If the user types the date into the 'Work Date' field instead then the error does not occur.

Any ideas?  Thanks

    Hi,

Could you check the latest CU, may be 4?

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4014101/cumulative-update-04-for-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2017-build-15601

It has a platform hotfix for incorrect date picker (ID : 200841).

Agreed with Mahesh. You might have to apply the CU4 to resolve this.

Thanks Mohana.  Unfortunately the error still occurs.

Thank you Mahesh and Tharanga.  Unfortunately the issue still exists in CU4 as well.  Annoyingly the issue doesn't occur for all users and it is not related to Profiles so it looks like a PC or User related issue

We recently came across something like this.  Does this user computer has different date format? if so change it to default server date format. That resolved the issue for us.

check the box that the user must change password at next login. Then log in as the user, change the pw then come back in as SA and remove the checkmark.
