do someone knows if it's possible to book two appointments like Work Orders, at the same time for one technician/resource?
This questions relates to the Schedule Board in Field Service and also in RSO.
I hope someone can help me.

Not aware of such a setting, but easy to configure. Plus I assume you only want this for certain bookings, so a programmatic approach should be best anyway.

Yes there is a case where the technician is in the car, driving to the appointment (already in the booking time), but simultaneously he can take care of the hotline.
Is there a way to allow overlapping in general and not only for single bookings?
When you setup work hours for a resource, you can specify a capacity, in your case 2. This allows the resource to receive 2 bookings at the same time (which only makes sense for location agnostic). You can also set "allow overlap" on single bookings.
