error Item is on hold on site

When i create PR, some item on this PR got a red X mark saying "Item XXX is on hold on site ."

I had check for each item, its Default order setting & Specific site order setting on all 3 tab (Purchase Order, Inventory, & Sales Order) but none of the stopped checkbox are checked.

all the item are an old items & i had order it many times before. is there somewhere else i should check, maybe im accidently or didnt realize i just click something & makes this happen?
Other thing i notice when i see the error, there is space before the periode, as if its tell "site <blank>.". is this some kind of bug?

Just now i try to make new PR for all item that had an error.
everything seems work fine without any error.

    Hi ITIPG,

    Have you verified what site was set on the initial PR? Did it contain a value for all these lines?

    Yes all site are filled for each lines & header.

    Have you tried to set the site to other site and check if this issue still there?

    And I also suggest you to check the site setting if there are some findings.

    no, as the item im ordering are site specific item. other site are not allowed to buy those item, but as mentioned i had just create new PR with the same item, site, & all, but the new PR are just fine without any error & now its already processed into PO.

    And I also suggest you to check the site setting if there are some findings.

    as suggested, i try to check the site setting but found nothing unusual or suspicious.

    As you have a new working PR, I would suggest to monitor the behavior and update this question when you have the same issue again.

    Have you checked the item life cycle state is in ready state? 

    if this issue still repro, it will be very easy to debug and find the root cause.

    Where is the life cycle state input, i had never use it & unable to find it.

    googling around, some few article tell that its part of retail modul which i didnt use.

    also sadly or maybe good luck the issue are gone without any fix from me or anyone. My new PR for the same item can be proccessed as normal without any issue.

    I guest i will update again when the issue happen again.

    not sure what i did & trigger those error, but i just create new PR for those items & i haven't found those error again up until now.
